About the Opportunity
The Young IAMC Mentorship Programme aims to be an inclusive and diverse programme, involving participants from a wide variety of countries. The program is best suited for law students (national & international) who are interested in pursuing a career in arbitration and mediation.
The objective of this program is to facilitate the interaction of mentors and mentees and enable them to learn and explore new opportunities for creating professional relationships in the field of arbitration and mediation.

Eligibility
- Law students (national and International) currently pursuing their undergraduate degree
- Students pursuing their post-graduate LLM program are also eligible.
- Applicants must be YIAMC members, if not a member register here.
Program Structure
The mentoring process consists of one-on-one (virtual or in-person) meetings between a mentor
and mentee and it requires that the mentor and mentee work together to reach specific goals.
The duration of YIAMC Mentoring Programme is for a period of six months.
During this period, the Mentor will be available to their mentee to provide advice and career guidance, as
well as the practical know-how of global arbitration and mediation. At the end of the program, mentors and mentees will be requested to provide feedback on the program.
