National Sports Law Negotiation Competition 2023

Thomas Jefferson School of Law's Center for CLSP, San Diego, California is organizing the National Sports, Negotiation Competition which will be held on 2oth-22th October, 2023 in Physical Mode.

The Thomas Jefferson School of Law's Center for Sports Law & Policy (CSLP) in San Diego, California, serves as the venue and organizer of the yearly National Sports Law Negotiation Competition (NSLNC). The fact patterns for the NSLNC are modelled on current issues being debated, analyzed, and negotiated by professionals in the sports industry. Each student participating in the competition must grapple with at least two areas of sports law.
