The India Working Group of the IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum is pleased to host the 2nd IBA Litigation and ADR Symposium from 18 August to 20 August 2023.

OBJECTIVE

The objective of this Conference is to instill the skills of litigation and arbitration in law students across India and expose them to the pragmatic approach based on real-life simulations.
