"NLU Jodhpur in collaboration with Allen & Overy is pleased to announce its 2nd Allen & Overy- NLU Jodhpur International Deal Negotiation Competition, 2024 scheduled to be held from 16th- 18th February 2024"

Recognized as one of India's premier law institutions, it holds a coveted spot among the nation's top law schools.Allen & Overy is a distinguished international law firm with a robust presence globally, having 44 offices spanning across 31 countries.Established in 2018, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of NLU Jodhpur stands as a testament to the university's proactive approach in modernizing the facets of legal education.


FORMAT OF THE COMPETITION:

  • Each team shall consist of 2 participants, representing the Client and the Counsel, with 2 teams set to negotiate with each other representing opposing parties in the Preliminary Rounds.

ELIGIBILITY:
  • All students who are enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate degree in law at an accredited university will be eligible to participate.


IMPORTANT DATES:
  • Last Date For Registration: 18th Jnauary 2024
  • Training Session & Competition: 16 - 18 February, 2024

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out the Participation form Must apply at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in and cc to anwesha.pathal@ddn.upes.ac.in with all necessary details (Including Name, Sap Id, Course & Batch, Year, and Contact Number) latest by 16th January 2024. In case of any query,contact team ADR but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy found.
