"MNLU, Nagpur takes pleasure to invite your prestigious institution to the 2nd MNLU Nagpur National Commercial Mediation Competition, 2024 (Hybrid Mode), which is scheduled to be held from 17th - 18th February 2024 in Online mode and from 9-10th March, 2024 at the MNLU Nagpur Campus."


The ADR Society of Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur was established in 2018 under the leadership of our Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Vijender Kumar to hone the interests and skills of students in the field of Negotiation, Mediation & Arbitration. After successfully organizing the first edition, the ADR Society of Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur is proud to present the Second Edition of MNLU-N National Commercial Mediation Competition, 2024, as part of its contribution towards the development and promotion of ADR culture in India.


FORMAT OF THE COMPETITION:

  • Each team shall comprise three students: One Mediator and One pair of Client-Counsel.
  • In the preliminary rounds, the team members of the client counsel pair will have to take each role once. This requirement will not be present in the advanced rounds.

ELIGIBILITY:
  • The Competition is open to students pursuing either five-year or three-year courses in law from various BCI recognized Colleges/Universities in India.


IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Last Date to Register: 5th February 2024
  • Preiminary Rounds: 17th - 18th February 2024 (Virtual Mode)
  • Advanced Rounds: 9th- 10th March 2024 ( Offline Mode)

Interested Students before filling out the Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 4th February 2024 by 12:00 Pm. In case of any query,contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy found.
