"CNLU is delighted to announce its 2nd edition of CNLU National Mediation Competition 2024 which is scheduled to be organized in a hybrid manner."


Chanakya National Law University (CNLU) was established in the year 2006 with an altruistic aspiration of serving society by disseminating high- quality legal education and legal awareness. CNLU has garnered a Pan-India reputation as a stellar institution for legal research and education. The 2nd CNLU National Mediation Competition is designed to provide participants with an opportunity to showcase their professional skills with propositions covering various disputes. The competition will offer participants a unique opportunity to delve into the complex world of practical legal professionals, where the mediators and counsels not only have to deal with the client professionally and create a fiduciary relationship but must also be well- versed with laws in order to provide correct legal assistance to the client.


FORMAT OF THE COMPETITION:

  • A team shall be comprised of a 3-member team- One Client, One Counsel, and One Mediator.


IMPORTANT DATES:
  • Last Date of Final Registration: 6th February 2024
  • Preliminary and Quarter-Final Rounds: 17th to 18th February 2024(Virtual Rounds)
  • Semi Final and Final Rounds: 16th March 2024 (Offline Rounds)



APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out the Participation form Must apply at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in and cc to anwesha.pathal@ddn.upes.ac.in with all necessary details (Including Name, Sap Id, Course & Batch, Year, and Contact Number) latest by 17th January 2024. In case of any query,contact team ADR but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy found.
