LEXPACTO is pleased to announce that 2nd Edition of the International Mediation Competition Will be held from 7th-8th September 2024 in Online mode.

The 2nd Virtual National Mediation Competition, hosted by LexPacto, offers a dynamic platform for law students from across the globe to hone their mediation skills and compete at a national level. Participants will engage in simulated mediation sessions, showcasing their ability to resolve disputes effectively. With a rigorous yet enriching format spanning two days, , preliminary rounds, and culminating in the finals, this competition provides a unique opportunity for students to immerse themselves in practical legal scenarios and elevate their expertise in alternative dispute resolution.

ELIGIBILITY:

The competition is open to every student pursuing a five-year or three-year course in law from any recognized Schools/Colleges/Universities.

Registration (Last Date): - 30th August,2024

Allotment of Team Code: - 05th September, 2024

Release of official Memo: - 05th September, 2024

Inaugural Session: - 07th September, 2024

Online Desk Registration: - 07th September, 2024

Preliminary Round: - 07th September, 2024

Quarter Final Round: - 07th September, 2024

Semi Final Round: - 08th September, 2024

Final Round: - 08th September, 2024

TEAM COMPOSITION:

A team contains three members; a mediator, client and a counsel (mediating pair). Participating teams can decide on the role allocation between the members.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 23rd August 2024.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.

                                                      Bucerius Law School  is pleased to announce the  10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER w ill take place in a hybrid format between the 29th of November and the 1st of December.
