"We are pleased to announce that Maharashtra National Law University is organising Mediation Bombay which will be held on 1st and 2nd March' 2025”

Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai, established in 2014, is recognized as one of the esteemed National Law Universities in India. Its primary objective is to provide advanced legal education and foster research in legal studies to enhance the societal well-being of the nation's people. Mediation Bombay is designed to be a premier platform for negotiators and mediators. The competition aims to expose students to contemporary and compounded complexities of negotiation and mediation while familiarising them with the intricacies of the process. It provides a platform for students to showcase their skills which involves depicting problem-solving and analytical skills.

COMPETITION NAME:

● 5th edition of Mediation Bombay, 2025.

IMPORTANT DATES:

● Preliminary Rounds: 17th to 20th October, 2024 (Online)

● Main Event: 1st and 2nd March, 2025

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 20th August 2024.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.

                                                      Bucerius Law School  is pleased to announce the  10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER w ill take place in a hybrid format between the 29th of November and the 1st of December. EVENT NAME:       10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER ELIGIBILITY:  Each university may nominate at least two students to participate on a Team.
