"Jurisfy is pleased to announce that Jurisify is organising a two-day certificate course on "Introduction to Dispute Resolution: Decoding Arbitration & Mediation"   which will be held on August 24 and 25’ 2024”

 This course is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of dispute resolution processes, including arbitration and mediation, with a focus on practical aspects and legal regulations. The course structure will include fundamentals of dispute resolution and the timelines involved in arbitration, enforcement of domestic and foreign awards, understanding mediation and decoding the Mediation Bill, practical aspects of ADR. This course will be incredibly beneficial for the students, particularly those interested in careers in law, dispute resolution, and related fields.

1.     Ms. Sunayana Kandala: Dispute Resolution Professional, ADR ODR International Mediator accredited by Civil Mediation Council (CMC), The Singapore International Mediation Institution (SIMI), and International Mediation Institution (IMI).

2.     Adv. Tejas Hinder: Advocate at Karnataka High Court, Empaneled Pro Bono Mediator at BIMACC, Legal Scholar, and Accomplished Legal Author.

3.     Dr. Shivangi Sinha: Assistant Professor and Coordinator of ICAMPS at BVDU NLC, Pune.

COURSE STRUCTURE:

  1. Fundamentals of dispute resolution and the timelines involved in arbitration.
  2. Enforcement of domestic and foreign awards.
  3. Understanding mediation and decoding the Mediation Bill.

                                                      Bucerius Law School  is pleased to announce the  10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER w ill take place in a hybrid format between the 29th of November and the 1st of December.
