 This course is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of dispute resolution processes, including arbitration and mediation, with a focus on practical aspects and legal regulations. The course structure will include fundamentals of dispute resolution and the timelines involved in arbitration, enforcement of domestic and foreign awards, understanding mediation and decoding the Mediation Bill, practical aspects of ADR.
