4th AUMP NMC' 2024


The Mediation Committee at Amity Law School, Amity University Madhya Pradesh, is hosting the 4th Edition of the National Mediation Competition in 2024. This event offers law students nationwide the chance to improve and refine their mediation and negotiation abilities. The competition aims to encourage amicable dispute resolution and create a learning environment where law students can develop their mediation expertise. It will be held on the 11th and 12th of September 2024.

Mode of the Competition: The Competition will be conducted in virtual mode

4th AUMP National Mediation Competition


PARTICIPATION AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

 All bona fide students from undergraduate or postgraduate courses in 3-year or 5-year law programs.

 

TEAM COMPOSITION:

  • Each team participating team shall comprise 3 members:

    • One Mediator.
    • One Client.
    • One Counsel.

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • 27th July 2024: Date of Opening Registration
  • 20th August 2024: Date of Closing Registration Mediation
  • 4th September 2024: Problem Release 
  • 6th September 2024:  Last Date for Seeking Clarification
  • 7th September 2024: Answers to clarification 
  • 11th September 202: Inaugural Session, Qualifying Round & Quater-Finals
  • 12th September 2024: Semi-Finals, Final and Valedictory Session

FEES STRUCTURE

- Registration Fees: Rs. 3000/-

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 13th August 2024.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
