The GNLU LSC Annual Grant Presentation 2025

 




The GNLU LSC Annual Grant Presentation, scheduled to be held on 15th and 16th February 
2025, is a flagship component of the 6th GNLU Annual Legal Services Forum, embodying the 
event’s commitment to informed advocacy and evidence-based action.

EVENT NAME:

The GNLU LSC Annual Grant Presentation 2025

FORMAT:

  • Each Team is expected to conduct empirical research through survey methodology. The Questionnaire for the survey has been annexed to the Rulebook. 
  • The Teams shall not modify or alter the questions in any manner and shall only collect data in terms of the Questionnaire and the Guidelines provided in the Annexure. Any violation of this rule may result in disqualification at the discretion of the Organisers.
  • Each Team shall survey at least 30 respondents, who shall be gig workers or platform workers, as prescribed in the Annexure.
  • Based on the data collected as above, each Team shall prepare a comprehensive Research Report that contains the mandatory headings as prescribed.
  • Subsequently, each Team shall prepare and deliver a Presentation of the Research Report at the GNLU campus, as a part of the Forum.
  • Each team will be marked out of a maximum of two hundred (200) points. The report & the presentation would be individually marked out of a maximum of one hundred (100) points each. 

TEAM COMPOSITION:

  • A Team may consist of the following:
  • One Faculty Convenor, who shall also act as the Coordinator for duration of, and in relation to, the Competition.
  • Two (02) student members as Presenters, who shall present the Research Report at the GNLU campus during the forum;
  • A maximum of ten (10) student members as Researchers, who shall prepare the Research Report.

ELIGIBILITY:

  • The Competition is open to all recognised universities and colleges offering undergraduate course or its equivalent.
  • A recognised university or college shall be entitled to send only one Team to the Competition.
  • Where a university has constituent or affiliated colleges, each such college may send a separate Team or the university as a whole may be represented by a team comprising students from its constituent or affiliated colleges.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT:

  • Registration Fee for participation

    Rs. 3000/- per Team

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Last Date for Registration and Payment - 20th January 2025
  • Last Date for Requesting Clarifications - 25th January 2025
  • Last Date for Soft Copy Submission - 9th February 2025
  • Last Date for Presentation Resource Submission - 13th February 2025
  • Dates of the Competition (Presentation) - 15th and 16th February 2025

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 1st January 2025 by 11:59 pm.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
