EVENT NAME:

2nd Edition – ICFAI Mediation Competition 2025

FORMAT:

The competition will feature a hybrid mode:

  • Preliminary Rounds 
  • Quarter-Finals 
  • Semi-Finals
  • Final Round

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Open to all Undergraduate Courses of law schools, colleges, and universities recognized by Bar Council of India  

TEAM COMPOSITION:

  • Each team must consist of two members:

    • Mediator: One team member will assume the role of the mediator.
    • Negotiating team: Two team members will consist of client and counsel

    The roles of participants must remain consistent throughout all rounds of the competition.

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Provisional Registration Opens – 30th January 2025
  • Provisional Registration Closes – 28th February 2025
  • Final Registration Opens – 1st March 2025
  • Final Registration Closes – 15th March 2025
  • Last Date for Clarifications – 24th March 2025
  • Release of Clarifications – 26th March 2025
  • Submission of Mediation Plan (Soft Copy) – 27th March 2025 (12:00 PM)

  • Competition Dates – 28th - 30th March 2025

    INR 2500

    APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

    Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 12th March 2025.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
