EVENT NAME:

5th JUSTICE A.S. ANAND. NATIONAL MEDIATION AND NEGOTIATION COMPETITION 2025

FORMAT:

The competition will feature a hybrid mode:

  • Preliminary Rounds (Online Rounds)
  • Quarter-Finals (Offline Rounds)
  • Semi-Finals
  • Final Round

Each round will present a unique dispute scenario, allowing teams to demonstrate their understanding of mediation techniques and legal principles.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Open to all Undergraduate Courses of law schools, colleges, and universities recognized by Bar Council of India  

TEAM COMPOSITION:

  • Each team must consist of two members:

    • Mediator: One team member will assume the role of the mediator.
    • Negotiating team: Two team members will consist of client and counsel

    The roles of participants must remain consistent throughout all rounds of the competition.

IMPORTANT DATES:

Registration Open– 19th February 2025

Provisional Registrations Close- 25th February 2025

Final  Registrations Close- 5th March 2025

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 11th March 2025.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
