EVENT NAME:

DNLU Deal Negotiation Competition 2025

FORMAT:

The competition will be structured as:

  • The Competition will consist of five rounds: two Preliminary Rounds (Held online between April 04-06,2025), and the knockout phase (i.e. one Quarter-Final Round, one Semi-Final Round, and the Final Round.) held between 18-19 April, 2025.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Open to all law students currently enrolled in undergraduate (LL.B.) 

TEAM COMPOSITION:

  • Each Participating Team shall consist of 2 (two) Eligible Students, one playing the role of “Client”, and the other playing the role of “Counsel”. Each Eligible Student shall represent themselves as the “Client” and “Counsel” in at least one Preliminary Round.

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Preliminary Rounds: April 5th–6th, 2025 (Online)
  • Advanced Rounds: April 18th–20th, 2025 (Offline at DNLU Campus)
  • Final Registration: 31st March, 2025

    • REGISTRATION FEES:

    Preliminary rounds: ₹400 per team (Please note that this is the base fee, which must be paid by all teams to participate in the competition).  

    Advanced rounds: Fest Registration Fee: ₹1500 per team (Mandatory for all participants) 

    Accommodation Fee: ₹1200 per team

     Total fees  : ₹2700 per team

    APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

    Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 30th March 2025.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
