Greetings from the UPES Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee!

We are excited to invite 1st year law students to volunteer for our upcoming III Novice Mediation Competition,2024 taking place from 3rd October to 5th October 2024.

As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of this prestigious event and gain valuable experience in the field of alternative dispute resolution.

For this we invite Volunteers from first and second year to be a part of various committees mentioned below:

  • Hospitality

  • Documentation

  • Research

  • Public Relations

  • Media & Design

  • Scoring

Deadline: The last day to apply is September 15th, 2024.

"We are pleased to announce that Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee is presenting its 3 rd edition of Novice Mediation Competition’2024 which will be held from 3 rd to 5 th October’ 2024 ” The Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee will be conducting the  3 rd  Edition of Novice Mediation Competition’2024  to enable first year law students of School of Law, UPES to participate and showcase their skills in resolving disputes through Mediation.                                                       Bucerius Law School  is pleased to announce the  10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER w ill take place in a hybrid format between the 29th of November and the 1st of December. EVENT NAME:       10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER ELIGIBILITY:  Each university may nominate at least two students to participate on a Team. Each Team can be accompanied by a maximum of two Coaches.
