The Kerala Law Academy is pleased to announce the 5th National ADR Competition hosted by Kerala Law Academy, which will be held from 17th-19th October 2024 in Virtual mode.

The 5th National ADR Competition hosted by the Kerala Law Academy will be held from the Kerala Law Academy Campus, Peroorkada, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The competition will be conducted through the online platform ZOOM. It will help the participants to develop key skills such as negotiation, mediation, and problem-solving, while also improving communication and critical thinking abilities. 

EVENT NAME:

5th National ADR Competition 2024 (Virtual)

ELIGIBILITY:

This competition is open to students enrolled in a 5-year Integrated Law Programme, LL. B (3-year course), or Company Secretary course from any recognized college, institution, or university within India.

Team composition: Each team shall consist of Three members only. The team should be a team comprising of two-members and a Rapporteur.

REGISTRATION FEE 

The registration fee for the competition is INR 2750.

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Last date of provisional registration- 25th September 2024
  • Last date of final registration – On or before 05th October 2024
  • Allotment of Team Code – 7th October 2024
  • Submission of Problem Memo – 10th October 2024
  • Inaugural Session – 17th October 2024
  • Preliminary Round – 18th October 2024 
  • Semi Final Round – 19th October 2024
  • Final Round – 19th October 2024 
  • Valedictory Session - 19th October 2024

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 24th September 2024.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.

                                                      Bucerius Law School  is pleased to announce the  10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER w ill take place in a hybrid format between the 29th of November and the 1st of December.
