The Faculty of Law at Manipal University, Jaipur, is pleased to announce the 2nd Edition of the International Negotiation Competition. This event will be held in a hybrid format, with the preliminary and quarter-final rounds taking place online on September 21st and 22nd, 2024, and the semi-final and final rounds being conducted in person on October 6th, 2024.

Faculty of Law, Manipal University Jaipur is organizing the 2nd Edition of the International Negotiation Competition, which aims to provide a platform that reflects the ever-growing expectation of clients to utilize other cost-effective alternative dispute resolution mechanisms to trial. It is an ideal platform to test theory in practice by allowing the participants to represent all parties in the negotiation process. This competition will also provide an opportunity to the participants to develop the requisite lawyering and communication skills through various training sessions conducted by industry professionals.

EVENT NAME:

Manipal Jaipur 2nd International Negotiation Competition, 2024

ELIGIBILITY:

This competition is open to students enrolled in a 5-year Integrated Law Programme, LL. B (3-year course), or Company Secretary course from any recognized college, institution, or university within India.

Team composition: Each team shall consist of Two members only.

REGISTRATION FEE 

The registration fee for the competition is INR 3500.

IMPORTANT DATES:

Last date of registration: 17th September 2024

Preliminary and quarter final rounds: 10th-13th October 2024.

Final rounds: 6th October 2024.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 16th September 2024.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.

                                                      Bucerius Law School  is pleased to announce the  10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER w ill take place in a hybrid format between the 29th of November and the 1st of December. EVENT NAME:       10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER ELIGIBILITY:  Each university may nominate at least two students to participate on a Team.
