NLIU Bhopal is pleased to announce that the NLIU Sports Mediation Competition, as part of the 14th Virudhaka Sports Fest, will be held from 10th to 13th October 2024 at the NLIU Bhopal Campus.

The 14th Virudhaka Sports Fest at NLIU, Bhopal, is a major event that brings together law students from across India to compete in various sports, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship. A highlight of the fest is the Sports Mediation Competition, where participants engage in simulated mediation sessions to resolve hypothetical sports disputes. This event helps develop crucial skills like negotiation and problem-solving, judged by experienced mediators and legal professionals.

 EVENT NAME:

NLIU Virudhaka Sports National Mediation Competition 2024

ELIGIBILITY:

This competition is open to students enrolled in a 5-year Integrated Law Programme, LL. B (3-year course), or Company Secretary course from any recognized college, institution, or university within India.

Team composition: Each team shall consist of Three members only.

REGISTRATION FEE 

The registration fee for the competition is INR 2000.

IMPORTANT DATES:

 Dates of Mediation Rounds: 10th-13th October 2024.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 18th September 2024.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.

                                                      Bucerius Law School  is pleased to announce the  10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER w ill take place in a hybrid format between the 29th of November and the 1st of December. EVENT NAME:       10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER ELIGIBILITY:  Each university may nominate at least two students to participate on a Team.
