2nd VGU R.K. Rastogi Memorial NNC' 2024

Vivekanand Global University is pleased to announce the 2nd Edition of the VGU R.K. Rastogi Memorial National Negotiation Competition hosted by Vivekanand Global University, will be held from 28th-29th September 2024 in offline form.

The competition is organized in the memory of Late Shri R.K. Rastogi. It aims at providing an opportunity to law students at top universities across the country to practice and improve their negotiation skills. It provides a platform for students to compete in a truly diverse and learning environment. The competition is carefully structured to simulate legal negotiations, making it particularly useful for those students who aspire to be alternative dispute resolution lawyers.

EVENT NAME:

2nd VGU R.K. Rastogi Memorial National Negotiation Competition 2024

ELIGIBILITY:

This competition is open to students enrolled in a 5-year Integrated Law Programme, LL. B (3-year course), or Company Secretary course from any recognized college, institution, or university within India.

Team composition: Each team shall consist of Two members only.

REGISTRATION FEE 

The registration fee for the competition is INR 3000.

IMPORTANT DATES:

Last date of registration: 20th September 2024

Last date of clarification: 18th September 2024

Dates of Negotiation rounds: 27th-29th September 2024.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 18th September 2024.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.

                                                      Bucerius Law School  is pleased to announce the  10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER w ill take place in a hybrid format between the 29th of November and the 1st of December.
