We are pleased to announce that The Law Society of Centre for Legal Studies, Gitarattan International Business School is organizing RESOLVA CON mediation Competition as a part of its 4th Edition of JUSTITIA 2024 – The 4th Annual Lex Fiesta of CLS, GIBS from 7th November 2024 (Thursday) -10th November (Sunday),2024” 

The event is planned to widen the horizons of budding future legal professionals and to accommodate various events/ competitions. The aim of the event is to bring the academicians, practitioners and students of law together in order to learn and share their knowledge. Further we are committed to actualize the potential of the participants. The competitions are designed to add significant value to the learner's understanding in an integrated manner, covering relevant knowledge, practical skills and positive attitude. 

EVENT NAME:

       4th JUSTITIA: CLIENT CONNECT CLIENT COUNSELLING COMPETITION, 2024

ELIGIBILITY:

Students pursuing their full time 3-year LLB or 5-year LLB program (1 team per program per institute) from a university or Institute recognized by the Bar Council of India, are eligible to apply.

Team composition: Each team shall consist of Two members only. 

REGISTRATION FEE 

    The registration fee is INR 1500 per team. 

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Last date of registration: 25th October,2024
  • Date of Client Counselling rounds: 9th November 2024

Note: The participating Universities will be selected on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 7th October 2024.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.

                                                      Bucerius Law School  is pleased to announce the  10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER w ill take place in a hybrid format between the 29th of November and the 1st of December. EVENT NAME:       10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER ELIGIBILITY:  Each university may nominate at least two students to participate on a Team. Each Team can be accompanied by a maximum of two Coaches.
