 We are pleased to announce the 7th Edition of the NUJS Mediation Competition 2025! EVENT NAME: 7th NUJS Mediation Competition, 2025 FORMAT: The 7th NUJS Mediation Competition will take place offline at the National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS) campus in Kolkata, India. The competition will have two preliminary rounds, followed by the quarter-finals, semi-finals, and finals. Universities are allowed to express interest in sending more than one team, subject to the availability of slots, which will be allocated at the discretion of the ADR Society. Each team will consist of three members: a negotiating team with two members (Client and Counsel) and a mediator. The competition will feature virtual preliminary rounds on February 22, 2025 , followed by in-person advanced rounds on March 15-16, 2025. COMPETITION NAME NUALS Mediation  Competition 2025 FORMAT:  A mediation session will consist of two opposing client-counsel pairs who will try to resolve a dispute in the presence of two mediators.
