 We are pleased to announce that the 3rd MNLU Nagpur National Commercial Mediation Competition, 2025, will be held in a hybrid format


EVENT NAME:
3rd MNLU Nagpur National Commercial Mediation Competition 2025

FORMAT:
The competition will be conducted in two phases. The Preliminary Rounds will take place online on 8th–9th February 2025. The Advanced Rounds will be held on-campus at Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur, on 22nd–23rd March 2025. Each team will comprise three members, including one Mediator, one Client, and one Counsel, with roles remaining consistent throughout the competition.

TEAM COMPOSITION:
Each participating team must have 3 members. The roles of Mediator, Client, and Counsel must remain consistent throughout the competition.

ELIGIBILITY:
The competition is open to law students enrolled in five-year or three-year law programs from BCI-recognized institutions in India.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT:

  • Registration Fee: ₹7,000 per team (covering all three members).
  • Payment can be made via the SBI Collect Portal:
    • Select “Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur” under the educational institution category.
    • Select “3rd MNLU Nagpur National Commercial Mediation Competition, 2025” under the payment head.
    • Payment link: SBI Collect Portal
  • After completing payment, teams must fill out the Registration Form, attaching:
    • Proof of payment
    • Letter of authorization from the ADR Society/Committee
    • Other relevant details

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Preliminary Rounds (Online): 8th–9th February 2025
  • Advanced Rounds (On-Campus): 22nd–23rd March 2025

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 27th January 2025 by 11:59 pm.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
