EVENT NAME:

Everyone Wins - International Mediation and Negotiation Competition 2025

FORMAT:

  • Part I: Multiple Choice Quiz
  • Dates: February 22, 2025
  • Details: Participants will complete a 20-question quiz shared via a Google Form. The quiz will be live for one hour.
  • Part II: Roleplay
  • Dates: February 22-23, 2025
  • Details: Participants will engage in mediation and negotiation roleplays. Confidential information will be shared five days prior to the event. Sessions will include client-counsel pairs and co-mediators evaluated individually.

ELIGIBILITY:

  • Undergraduate and postgraduate students and professionals across disciplines are eligible to participate. Teams must consist of three participants: one mediator and a client-counsel pair. Roles are fixed throughout the competition.
COMPOSITION OF TEAMS:

To establish an optimal team structure, it is required that each team comprises three
participants, consisting of one designated mediator and one client-counsel pair forming
the Negotiating Team. It is of utmost importance to adhere to the guideline that the roles of
the mediator and the client-counsel pair are fixed and cannot be interchanged during any
round.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT:

  • Early Bird Registration Fee: INR 6000 (Indian Teams) | GBP 60 | USD 75 | Euro 70 (valid till January 15, 2025)


    Standard Registration Fee: INR 6600 (Indian Teams) | GBP 65 | USD 80 | Euro 75

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 10th January 2025 by 11:59 pm.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
