4th RGNUL NATIONAL NEGOTIATION COMPETITION

The 4th RGNUL NATIONAL NEGOTIATION COMPETITION shall be hosted by RGNUL and will take place on FEBRUARY 7-9, 2025.

EVENT NAME:

4th RGNUL NATIONAL NEGOTIATION COMPETITION

FORMAT:

  • The 4th NegComp will be held in an online mode.
  • There shall be two preliminary rounds followed by quarter-finals, semi-finals, and finals. 

TEAM COMPOSITION:

  • The two-member Negotiating Team will comprise of a client and a counsel who will mandatorily have to play both roles at least once during preliminary rounds.

ELIGIBILITY:

  • Any student enrolled in Undergraduate or Postgraduate Law degree programme in any University recognised by the Bar Council of India as on 1st January 2025, is eligible to participate.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT:

  • The registration fee for the competition will be INR 3000/- exclusive of GST

  • 7th January, 2025 Release of General Information 
  • 10th January, 2025 Last Date for Final Registration and Payment 
  • 14th January, 2025 Last Date to submit Clarifications 
  • 15th January, 2025 Release of List of Selected Candidates
  •  20th January, 2025 Release of Clarifications 
  • 30th January, 2025 Last Date to submit Negotiation Plan
  • 7th-9th February, 2025 Dates of the Competition

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 7th January 2025 by 11:59 pm.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
