Law College Dehradun is pleased to announce its1st National Mediation Competition on October 14-15 2023 virtually and November 4th -5th 2023 offline. 


Team LCD-ADRC in collaboration with PSL Advocates & Solicitors, Ray Legal, IAMC Hyderabad & Knowledge Partners SCC & EBC is coming up with its debut National Mediation Competition. The flagship legal event, i.e. the Mediation Competition this year shall work with the specific aim of developing the interest in corporate & commercial law practice area amongst the participants.


Eligibility:

  • The registration is restricted to 32 teams.
  • Each Participant must be a current Undergraduate Student (5 years or 3-year Course) of their respective institution.
  • All three members of the participating team must be from the same institution.


Important Dates: 

  • Last date for Provisional Registration: September 27, 2023
  • Last date of Final Registration: October 03, 2023
  • Release of Mediation Propositions: October 04, 2023
  • Release of Clarifications: October 12, 2023

Application Procedure:

Interested students before filling out the participation form MUST apply at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in and cc to  anwesha.pathak@ddn.upes.in with all necessary details (including Name, Sap Id, Course & Batch, Year, and Contact number) latest by 25th September 2023 by 11:59 Pm. In Case of any query, contact team ADR but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
