Lloyd Institute Of Management & Arbitration (LIMA) takes immense pleasure in announcing a prestigious “LIMA Mediation Essay Writing Competition” on Topic: The Interplay Between Mediation, Insolvency & Bankruptcy.


This competition seeks to foster the essential skills of legal writing and encourage profound insights into the interplay between Mediation, Insolvency & Bankruptcy.It will provide the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of dispute resolution methods and the restructuring of financially troubled entities.Participants are encouraged to conduct in-depth research to develop unique and professional perspectives on the given topic.

Eligibility Criteria

The essay writing competition is open to all students pursuing a degree at any Registered University. 

 

Awards and Perks

●      Winner will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 3000 and an Internship Opportunity.

●      Runner-up will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 2000 and an Internship Opportunity.

●      Top 5 Essays will be published in the LIMA newsletter.

●      Certificate of Participation will be provided to all participants.

●      Last Date for Registration: September 23, 2023.

●      Last Date for Submission of the Essay: September 27, 2023.

Application Procedure:

Interested students before filling out the participation form MUST apply at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in and cc to  anwesha.pathak@ddn.upes.in with all necessary details (including Name, Sap Id, Course & Batch, Year, and Contact number). In Case of any query, contact team ADR but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
