WORKSHOP ON INSOLVENCY AND BANKRUPTCY CODE CULTIVATING INNOVATION: THE CONTRIBITUION OF IBC IN FOSTERING INDIAN ENTREPRENEURIAL CULTURE



 Law College Dehradun, ADR Centre, Uttaranchal University is organizing national workshop on the insolvency and bankruptcy code, 2016 titled “ Cultivating innovation: The contribution of IBC in fostering Indian entrepreneurial culture”. On 30th September 2023. 

 

The workshop is an initiative of the Law College Dehradun Alternative Dispute Resolution Center to marshal the intellectual and academic resources of the Center in order to explore the crucial role of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code in Nurturing Indian entrepreneurship, initially for newcomers to the field of law and aspiring practitioners. Discuss legal issues as we explore how the IBC has transformed corporate dynamics. Gain knowledge about sensible dispute-resolution tactics. The Contribution of IBC in Fostering Indian Entrepreneurial Culture 2023 promises to be a crucial occasion for aspiring and experienced businesspeople, innovators, policymakers, and stakeholders, providing insightful information about the mutually beneficial relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship in the Indian context.
