'Rajiv Gandhi National Law University of Law (RGNUL),Punjab is pleased to announce its 3rd Edition of National Negotiation Competition 2023 from 3rd - 5th November 2023.'


RGNUL, Punjab was incorporated with the key objective to evolve and impart comprehensive legal education including distant and continuing legal education at all levels to achieve excellence.The Institution's endeavour is to serve the society through reforms in legal services by way of preparing professionally competent lawyers, inquisitive researchers, able administrators, conscientious judicial officers, and above all, socially responsible citizens, who shall be whole-heartedly and continuously engaged in the process of nation building. The Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CADR) was established in RGNUL in 2018. From the beginning to its 5th year of operation, CADR has always aimed to promote students' and researchers' interest in ADR mechanisms.


ELIGIBILITY:

  • Any student enrolled in Undergraduate or Postgraduate Law degree programme in any University recgonised by the Bar Council of Indiais eligible to participate.
  • Each University must be represented by two students, i.e. One Client and One Counsel. The composition of the team will not be permitted change the same for the rest of the rounds.

IMPORTANT DATES:
  • Last Date For Final Registration : 20th October 2023
  • Release of Clarifications: 29th October 2023
  • Preliminary Rounds: 4th November 2023
  • Advanced Rounds: 5th November 2023

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out the Participation form Must apply at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in  and cc to anwesha.pathak@ddn.upes.ac.in with all necessary details (Including Name, Sap Id, Course & Batch, Year, and Contact Number) latest by 10th October 2023 by 11:59 PM. In case of any query, contact team ADR but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
