4th VIRTUAL NATIONAL ADR COMPETITION BY KERALA LAW ACADEMY
Kerala Law Academy is pleased to
announce its 4th virtual National ADR Competition scheduled to be held from 12th- 14th of October
2023.
The Kerala Law Academy Law College (KLA), founded in
1966, serves as a hub for legal education, analysis, and reform. It has
published a renowned peer-reviewed Research Journal consistently since 1977.
The University of Kerala is associated with the College.The Kerala Law Academy
will organise the 4th National ADR Competition from October 12 to October 14 in
virtual mode.
Team
Composition:
·
All law colleges, law schools, and
universities in India with departments of law accredited by the Bar Council of
India are eligible to enter the tournament.
· The Competition is not open to students doing post-graduate legal studies or those taking correspondence courses.
·
Each participating institution's one and only
team, which consists of a two-person team and a rapporteur, must register for
the competition.

Procedure:
·
In all rounds, the rapporteurs of the
competing teams will be exchanged.
· Role play shall be based on real situation performance by the complainant/claimant, respondent, and rapporteur respectively according to the opted ADR methodology.

Interested students before filling out the participation form MUST apply at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in and cc
to anwesha.pathak@ddn.upes.ac.in with all necessary details (including Name, Sap Id, Course & Batch, Year and Internal Ranks of TEAM MEMBERS, and Contact number) latest by 24th September 2023 before 11:59 PM. In Case of any query, contact team ADR but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
