"NLIU is pleased to announce its 12th NLIU-INADR International Mediation Tournament 2024 scheduled to be held from 22nd - 24th March 2024".


The National Law Institute University, Bhopal is one of the premier legal institutions in India and has consistently been ranked among the top 5 National Law Universities in the country since its inception in 1997.Since its inception in 2007, the vision of ADRC has been to disseminate knowledge relating to Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms and create a platform for like minded and zealous individuals to come together to revolutionize the process of dispute settlement.This goal became a reality in 2012 with the Cell organizing Asia's oldest as well as India's largest Mediation Tournament, the "NLIU INADR International Law School Mediation Tournament". With each successive year, we have witnessed participation from all National Law Schools and premier private law schools of the country besides Universities in United States, Australia and parts of Europe.


FORMAT OF THE TOURNAMENT :

  • The competition shall be in the format of a mediation competition wherein each team shall consist of 3 participants, i.e. the Client, the Counsel, and the Mediator.


IMPORTNAT DATES:

  • Last Date of Provisional Registration: 15th February 2024
  • Last Date Of Final Registration: 25th February 2024
  • Problem Release: 12th March and 15th March 2024
  • Preliminary Rounds: 22nd - 23rd March 2024
  • Semi Final and Final Rounds: 24th March 2024

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out the Participation form Must apply at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in and cc to anwesha.pathak@ddn.upes.ac.in with all necessary details (Including Name, Sap Id, Course & Batch, Year, and Contact Number) latest by 10th January 2024. In case of any query, contact team ADR but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
