 "University School of Law and Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is pleased to invite to submit essay for the 1st National USLLA-Equi Law Partners Essay Writing Competition."


 Establishes in 2001, the USLLS has acquired the status of a distinct institution of legal education in an unparalled setting of a multidisciplinary environment.The Alternative Dspute Resolution Cell of USSLS is committes to cultivating diverse practical skills among students aspiring to pursue a career in the field of ADR. The 1st National USLLS-Equi Law Partners Essay Writing Competition seeks to encourage discourse with regard to the interrelation between arbitration law and sectoral regulations, analyse progressive developments in the field of Inidian arbitration, evaluate India's positon in international arbitration law, and investigate the ramifications of the Mediation Act of 2023.


THEMES FOR THE COMPETITION:

  • Interplay of Arbitration Law with Various Sectoral Regulations.
  • Evolving Contemporary Dynamics and Transformative Advancements in the Indian Arbitration Law.
  • India's Position in the International Arbitration Law Regime.
  • Introduction to the Mediation Act, 2023.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
  • 14th January 2024.
