 "V.M. Salgaocar College of Law is pleased to announce9th Edition of the Lex Infinitum- International Dispute Resolution Competition,2024 scheduled to be held from 18th - 20th January 2024."


VMSCL- International Dispute Resolution Competition has been conceived for the purpose of promoting the use of ADR and to provide law students and ADR experts from all over the globe with a platform to network, innovative, and keep abreast of the latest happenings in the field of ADR in India as well as abroad. Our goal is to provide law students with an opportunity to showcase their ADR skills and techniques and test their mettle against the creme de la creme of the law student fraternity from different parts of the world.


ELIGIBILITY:

  • The Competition is open to bonafide students of any stream who are enrolled in any undergraduate course at Institutions worldwide.
  • The Competition is open to bonafide students of any stream who are registered in their respective Institutions as full-time/ part-time students/ exchange students for the Current Academic Year.


TEAM COMPOSITION:

  •  Each Negotiating Team shall comprise of two participants - 1 Counsel and 1 Client respectively.
  • The Negotiating Teams shall indicate which Participants are designated as Client and Counsel at the time of completing the Final Registration.
  • The designation of Participants as ‘Client’, ‘Counsel’, ‘Mediator’ will remain unchanged throughout the Competition.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out the Participation form Must apply at soladr@ddnupes.ac.in and cc to anwesha.pathak@ddn.upes.ac.in with all necessary details (Including Name, Sap Id,Course & Batch, Year, and Contsct Number) latest by 17th december 2023, by 12:00 PM. In case of any query, contact team ADR but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shal be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
