5th GNLU ANNUAL LEGAL SERVICES FORUM, 2024

 "GNLU is pleased to announce its 5th GNLU Annual Legal Services Forum, 2024 (GALSF) scheduled to be held from 29th-31st March 2024."


GALSF aims to bring together Legal Services Committees (LSC) and Legal Aid Clinic s (LAC) in universities around the country to deliberate upon ideas and facilitate access to justice for the underprivileged through furthering legal awareness and providing free and competent legal services. The Forum also seeks to award the best and most innovative practices in legal service provided by legal aid clinics of Indian Colleges.


THEME OF THE COMPETITION:

The 5th edition of the GALSF will focus on the theme of "Inclusive Justice-Building Sustainable Socities" and is dedicated to addressing pressing issues in society by combining three vital componentes:

  • GALSF Mediation Competition.
  • GNLU LSC Annual Grant Presentation.
  • Round Table Conference.

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Last Date of Registration: 31st December 2023
  • Release of Problem for Preliminary Rounds I and II: 20th January 2024 
  • Deadline for Seeking Clarifications: 2nd February 2024
  •  Release of Clarifications: 5th February 2024 
  • Preliminary Round I and II: 10th and 11th February 2024
  •  Date of Results for Preliminary Rounds: 20th February 2024 
  • Release of Problem for Quarter Final, Semi Final, and Final Rounds: 25th February 2024
  • Deadline for Seeking Clarifications: 17th March 2024 
  • Release of Clarifications: 20th March 2024 
  • Competition Dates: 29th March-31st March 2024

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out the Participation form Must apply at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in and cc to anwesha.pathak@ddn.upes.ac.in with all necessary details (Including Name, Sap Id, Course & Batch, Year, and Contact Number) latest by 30th December 2023 by 12 PM. In case of any query, contact team ADR but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
