FORMAT:

The competition will be structured as:

The competition is conducted in a fully online format and begins with a Negotiation Plan Qualifier Round, where all registered teams must submit a detailed negotiation plan. Based on evaluation of these plans, shortlisted teams proceed to the Main Rounds, which include two Preliminary Negotiation Rounds where each team represents both the requesting and responding side in turn. Performance is scored using a standardized rubric, and the top 8 teams based on wins advance to the Knockout Stages — Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Finals. The competition concludes with a Final negotiation session judged by an international expert panel.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The competition is open to university students from recognized institutions. It welcomes participation from students across disciplines and jurisdictions, aiming to create a global, cross-cultural commercial negotiation platform.

TEAM COMPOSITION:

Each team must consist of exactly two members who will jointly act as the negotiating pair in all rounds of the competition. No additional members are permitted per team.

  • 📅 28 Feb 2026 — Last Date for Registrations

  • 📅 7 Mar 2026 — Release of General Information (all rounds)

  • 📅 9 Mar 2026 — Last Date for Clarifications

  • 📅 13 Mar 2026 — Deadline for Negotiation Plan Submission

  • 📅 16 Mar 2026 — Negotiation Plan Qualifier Results

  • 📅 21 Mar 2026 — Preliminary Rounds

  • 📅 22 Mar 2026 — Semi-Finals & Final

Registration Fees

      • Initial Registration Fee: ₹3,000 per team

      • Additional Fee (if qualified after Plan Round): ₹2,000 per team
        (Second fee payable only if the team clears the Negotiation Plan Qualifier and enters main rounds.)

  • 🥈 Runners-Up Team — ₹15,000 + Certificate of Merit

  • Best Team in Preliminary Rounds — ₹7,500 + Certificate of Merit

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 25th February 2026.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
